Ash Wednesday - It's Lent!

Draw closer to God as a family this Lent...

Lent is a time we remember the 40 days Jesus fasted and prayed in the desert. God allowed Jesus to be tested by Satan so that he would know that Jesus was stronger than him! These 40 days also prepared Jesus for the amazing work and miracles He would do afterward.

Many Christians set aside the 40 days leading up to Easter to draw closer to God through prayer, fasting (giving something up in order to help us focus on God more), and giving to others.
