a taste of heaven...
welcome to a taste of heaven!
one day in heaven people from all nations who know and love the Lord Jesus will be gathered in worship, celebrating a heavenly feast.
Members of St. Gabriels come from every corner of God's world, and so as we gather week by week, we celebrate a taste of heaven in advance!
we'd love to share a piece of this with you, so each month we shall feature a different member of the church and reveal the details of a recipe for which they are locally renowned!
remember to keep checking this section to learn more about members of St. Gabriels, and for great culinary tips and ideas!
interview with... Ash Ward

how long have you been a member of St.Gabriel’s? A year and a half to 2 years
what is your country of origin? England
tell us a little bit about your journey with Christ, and how you came to faith in him:
After going to church on an irregular basis during University I moved down to London for a 12 month industrial placement, and decided to attend the Alpha course at St. Gabriels to try and straighten out my views, and seek answers to questions which were holding me back. I finished that Alpha course still unsure, and it wasn't until I was helping out on a later course that everything fell into place, and I was first able to call myself a Christian. God has really been at work in my life, and this isn't to say I don't still struggle with things from time to time, but it's such a reassurance to know God's in control.
